Drag radials

Are drag radials better than street tires as far as wheel hop and breaking parts with stock suspension. A guy told me that wheel hop would be worse with drag radial is that true?

Wheel hop is usually a result of axle twist or suspension deflection. Drag radials could definitely make it worse.

Once you realize why wheel hop happens you will answer your own question. However you will get wheel hop with both if you are on stock suspension bushings and dont have all the goodies to stop it.
