Dude, YOU really don't get t. You've seen a small fraction of the Z06s that are really out there. I don't care how long you've been racing. Doesn't matter if you haven't seen it. I haven't seen a stock GT500 run faster than low 13s and I'm at the track all the time. What does that mean? Does it mean the GT500 doesn't run 12s cuz I haven't seen it? No. It just means I personally haven't seen it.

You're the one who brought up the fact that "you smoke Z06s with $1500 in mods" not me. You are comparing an inferior Mustang to a superior Z06. The Z06 outperforms supercars that cost $200k to $300k. $70k is a bargain for that car. Stock for stock the GT500 gets blown away in every single category except it has back seats.

Yes DURRRR you can mod a GT500 to make it faster than a Z06. DURRRR You can also mod the Z06, and the Z06 has a much easier starting point because it's over a second and 10 mph faster stock. And for the last time YOU ARE BEATING STOCK Z06s WITH POOR DRIVERS BEHIND THE WHEEL.

The only tracks that a GT500 can hang with a Z06 is a drag strip, even then it takes mods to do it. Take it to any other race track and the GT500 gets absolutely destroyed.
