door won't pull up .

I recently unpluged the battery to install a CAI intake and now my driver side door won't just go up when i close it ,the passenger side works normally .Any idea ?
This is what my car tell me to do .

If your talking about your window, it needs reindexed. Theres a how to in your owners manual not sure what page it is tho.

It looks like the screen is telling you to roll the window all the way down, then all the back up. Maybe that's how it indexes? Where it stops, it knows when the door is close to go up another 1/2" ??

Yes ,it's my window ,I did roll it down and up but when I open it the window drops down 1/2 inch and stays there . Usually when I close the door it will come up where it needs to be .How strange .

Mine did that to me when I took her out of winter storage. I just rolled it down and up a couple times and it went away.
