Nope they did not say anything else. So I do not know what to tell everyone. And I pray that I never get low octane gas in it again since it will probably screw it up again.
The only strange thing I can say is the my oil life indicator was back at 100% after I got my car back. It was at 70% when I took it in, so I wonder if they pulled fuses to clear out the ECM or what? |

easy... CAFE. and they could not get under the gas guzzler tax without the 8-4 deactivation. The LS3 does not have that capability. I was told by a dealer that the L99 is a dog. No match for the LS3. GM needed that to get the SS under the guzzler tax. I guess the LS3 just slides in on its coat tails.
