You forgot about the PQ factor.

The PQ factors states that there will be drama in every aspect of any project relating to a Camaro or life in general. This can and will include diva-like tendencies, loss of time from work, physical removal of hair, discoloration and collapsing of hoses, use of four letter words and lost appendages.

Well put Russ, but you forgot to mention injured appendages from sticking them in rotating wheels.

Emma, didn't you dyno your car with the stock wheels????

if so then this all makes sense... say 20 rwhp lost with 22's would put randy at 490....

So do you lose 20 hp by having 22's?

I think the proof is in the difference between Emma's and PQ's dynos.

But yes, it is well known that the unsprung weight of 22's Kills the RWHP...

The only way to know for sure is to put a set of stock wheels on a car and then swap for 22s and dyno it with each on the same dyno on the same day. I'm not sure how much a car loses with 22s, but I'm sure it loses some.

That's what I'm going to try and do, though I'll be dropping to 18s. I guess we'll see how big that difference is and see what we can deduce.
