In theory yes if GM wanted to have the release date to be today. Ford released their concepts several days before GM released the camaro convertable. It's all up to the brass.

I thought they release it to the press today (maybe yesterday, then) and then make the grand entrance at the show. I don't know...I'm lost.

wow Tag thats the seocnd time i've confused you. Am i that hard to understand? Yesterday was the first day for press at NAIAS. However GM decided to unveil Pictures to the press before NAIAS. Just the way they decided to run their pr. However the frst time it was speculation on engine choices. Im pretty sure im right however I have been wrong in the past

The first time I confused you I was speculating that the Z or SS or both would be available the second year with just a base 5.3 V8 the first year. With several different V6's. Wasent trying to offend you.

Ahhhhh. Now I remember! Nah, it's going to be the same as any other year. They will have a V6 (I say 2 V6's), a base V8, mid V8, and Top Dog V8....I think. And, they will release all of that in the same year model. That's how I see it going.
