Okay. Yea, you have to be really careful when using a rotary on that kind of material. I've seen a few guys melt theirs!

No.... more.... A.J.'s....Vette.....

I've been hunting for one, between yours and the ones I see on Adam's forum, I'm prepping the wife for an "expenditure", if ya know what I mean.

Nothing new, 99 and 2000 model I like (and may be able to afford)

Get an 01' or later. Major changes were made then and the parts are cheaper.

Menzerna is my preferred product, but some clears work better with Megs than Menz, and vice versa. The majority of this car I'm using M105 and Menz PO203 and then Menz 85RD to finish.

Hell, the only difference I've seen in any of them is the bottle they come in. The cut is what I pay attention to. I've been able to get excellent results with them all. As long as you use a professional product for what it is designed to be used for, you can't go wrong.

On the rear, there was this scratch that you had to hold your head just right at 12:17 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays during Lent in order to see, that just bothered me ever time I saw it. So I finally wet sanded it out.

That pic is from the first video I ever did showing how to remove scratches.

The quarterpanel had a scratch that ran along the side of it and into the top of the door that was the same way. Pluto had to align with Mars while Saturn was skinny dipping in the Camelopardalis constellation in order for you to see it also. Every time I saw it, I became irked so I finally wet sanded it out too. I didn't get a picture of that one.

In all honesty, no one would have seen them unless I pointed them out in a whole lot of light at just the right angle (thus the crazy references), but you know how OCD we can all be about a blemish in our paint. Although nobody else can see it, to us it appears to be jumping up and down on the car screaming like a banshee and making us go .

How did your car get this way in the first place? Did you buy it new? Because from what I've seen your baby ( Blue Angle) would never look this way?

A very young couple bought it new and had it for two years. After they could no longer afford it, I got it at an auction. They ate the depreciation, I got the true value.
