I've only seen 3-4 a month here in Shelby NC. I went to autobell today and the folks there say they have 3 that come on on a regular basis besides mine. An IBM, a Yellow and a white one, All of them there say they think mine looks the best. ABM. I puffed up good on that.

Have you guys had any used ones for sale? I haven't seen any used ones in the paper or on car lots. Several on eBay but none near me. Curious how you think the used value is going to hold up. I may want to sell mine to get a Z28 if/when Chevy makes them.

To date we have had exactly zero pre-owned Camaros in our inventory. Regardless of the car, it looses a lot of it's value after it's titled. As such no one has taken what we've offered.

BTW, MSRP isn't that bad. It's only a difference between 11 or 12 hundred bucks between invoice and MSRP, so rest assured that you didn't get ganked....

i live in a small town of 8000 and there are 6 camaro's here i see them every day. but when i go out of town to a bigger city im lucky if i even see one. i think it kind of funny

Out here in the East Bay of California... about an our East of SF... I see only maybe one every few weeks.

I mean... since they have come out, I have only seen:

Yellow one owned by the owner of the local dealership. (v8)

Silver one owned by some guy in his mid 30's. (v8)

Dark Gray one owned by some chick... she's probably in her early 20's. (v6)

Dark Blue one owned by a guy in his 20's. (v6)

And that's about it...

I drive about 25 minutes East, up over the hill to Tracy to work... and driving TO work I have only seen one. Basically, more people are commuting the other way, so I see a lot of the same people driving to work all the time.

And then when I'm at work... there is a parent that pics her kid up at the school I work at, and she drives a fully decked out 2SS that is orange... I saw her every day for a few weeks... but have not seen her much since then.

Haven't seen any all winter. Barely saw one or two in the fall. I am sure that will change in the spring. However I see a ton of them Mustangs!

I didn't buy a Camaro so I could be unique, I bought it because I fell in love with the concept car and wanted one ever since.

I think that's the difference between the people who are pissed to see more and more on the road, and feel jilted... and those that feel a camaraderie with their fellow Camaro owners.

After all... there's no difference between the guy who had the first one in town and the guy who just bought one... well, except for the guy who just bought one has less miles on his.
