Aluminum front splitter protection for the Z28?
So I thought I saw in a post somewhere that someone made an aluminum piece to bolt under the Z28 front spoiler? I swear it's somewhere in the forum but I can't seem to find it to save my life and I've searched for longer than I care to admit.....
It's a flat piece of metal from the aftermarket that bolts under the front. Where is this thing? Any help would be appreciated! |

a quick search brought one up on ebay, looks like it covers the middle third.

The one I saw covered the whole bottom of the splitter and extended out 1/4 to 1/2" around the perimeter.

Aluminum front splitter protection for the Z28?
No, it was in the G5.R build thread in the Z/28 forum... which, seems to be MIA.
There was a bunch of carbon fiber tid-bits, and that aluminum splitter support. Trust me your not crazy, but that was the thread it was in. Edit: found out why you can't find it. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=446127 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Especially when making a dollar gets in the way of helping the enthusiast. Glad I'm not entirely crazy!!! Does anyone have a way to contact them directly? |
