The black glowtie is available from GM now. I had the dealer install mine just as if it was an LPO item even though I ordered it separately from the car. I didn't want its availability to hold up delivery of my car! The parts counter charged me $325 (less a 20% off coupon I had) for parts + $75 labor to do the install. The labor was money well spent I'd say. They said it was a huge pain to get the cabling run over to the RHS front marker light for power. And it does come with a rear black bowtie in case you were wondering. I wasn't expecting it to be super bright, happy with the result.

Really wasnt that hard to run the wire honestly. Maybe they have big hands lol
