I think they need to use someoen to proofread the stuff before posting... sometimes spellcheck just isn't enough to catch errors..."rolling off off"

Son, You better go ahead and order you an SS, looks like you may have a long wait ofr either the Z or a Vert...

HUH... I thought GM's official stance on the Z/28 was still "there are no plans right now" When'd did that change for them to even think it wasnt already not being worked on...

like how i confused the hell out of everyone on that

3/20:Z/28 Facing Cancellation, Convertible Delayed

Doesn't sound good.

Supplier issue with the convertible top. Z/28 development to cost $50M.

The Z28, if it exists, probably would not require so much investment. It isn't a completely new car. It would be a different trim of a car that has already been developed. I can't imagine it would cost that much. Now, the convertible issue makes sense. With a market like this one, I'm not surprised to see that some suppliers won't survive. There needs to be some market consolidation on the supplier side.

I'm not that surprised about the cancelling the Z28.

But delays/Cancelling the convertibile is sad. I know a lot of people are going to be upset if this is indeed true and verified!!

:(
