I also was the proud recipient of swag from Maureen. I ordered a heritage grille & dovetail spoiler from her about two months ago and at the bottom of the box was the same hat and microfiber towels, plus a cool Woodward Cruise t-shirt. (She even got the size right! Wonder if she called my wife?? lol) Her customer service was awesome. She makes my local dealers look like idiots (well they are!). She rocks!!!

Good job Maureen and Becky!

That's what we need over on the west coast. My sales rep looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they could take care of my 1st oil change. They pretty much told me to go to hell and take care of it out of my own pocket.

As much as I paid for the car, I believe an oil change was not too much to ask for.

Caliguy: Sorry for your poor dealership experience. That is a bummer. I believe no dealership is perfect, but it sounds to me like they could have extended the hand of good will a little further. Talk to the above user, chevrolet customer svc, he is a direct representative of GM and can probably help you find a better dealership. The very fact that GM has people on forum's is, to me at least, indicative that they are not the GM of old.

Oh man, and here I thought that I was their favorite customer cause they gave me free things......

All kidding aside I have gotten the absolute BEST experiances from all the departments at Rodger's. Becky, Maureen, Roberta, Joe, Gerry, and everyone else has been really awesome.

I may have bought my Vert from another dealer, but let me tell you, It's Rogers, for everything from now on.
