Seeing how fast he went by, I'd venture to say his speed was well past 120. Looked to be around 150ish. Glad nobody was hurt!!

Yeah if you pause the video you can see the suspect car has darker taillight assembly (leds), black rims not chrome, and a hellcat badge no R/T fender hash marks. Those hellcats sound badass factory.

It has the Scat Pack, your dash cam is so good you can see the emblem on the side. Speaking of which dash cam do you have?

Quick Update:

Spoke with officer and going to bring in a copy of the footage and pics I have on Monday to the arresting officer. Hopefully be able to get the guy off the hook and hopefully catch the real person at fault.

As for your question Austin 45,

Dashcam I have is a BlackVue DR600HD-GW, and in pictures below, you can see in our cars it hides very well behind the rear-view mirror and can't even be seen for the most part, unless you're up close and trying to look for it.

Make sure you keep a copy, it might wind up being better off in a lawyers hands instead of the officers.

That officer is going to be pissed he didn't catch the guy, and he got away, I think honestly if he was dirty he could easily just say thanks and ditch the evidence so he can get the conviction. It's going to look bad on him for getting the wrong car, and they might not even drop the charges.

Honestly, if you care enough, and assuming they charged him with felony he should either have a lawyer or be assigned a public defendent, either of which should be public record. I'm not sure how long it would take for them to assign one though.

Yup, already made copies (1 on my Google Drive, 1 on my Mac, and the other on the dash cam still. Will put a copy on for the officer, or if he can use the video from my Google drive account would be better, but unsure if they need a hard copy or not.
