The Bills did sign QB Mitch Trubiscuit to compete for the starting job on the bench holding the clip board.
They also resigned P Matt Haack Both are expected to be league vet minimum with a bonus and incentives pay.

The Mitch Trubisky deal is 5.5m over 2 years 2.5m signing bonus guaranteed so 1.5m per year.
