Well the Bills took care of business although the Cards put up a good fight on a beautiful Fall day for football in WNY.

The Pats kicked the Bengals in the gonads and Miami made just enough plays to squeak by the Jags.

The whole AFC East could have 1 -0 records after tonight.(not likely)

Fins vs Bills on the first official Thursday Night Football game of the season(KC vs BR was a Sunday Night Football Special) kicks things off for week 2.

I think this could be a last team with the ball wins this expected high scoring shoot out.

Some Rookie WR Stats from week one plus one Prima Donna Vet

Stef Diggs 6 catches on 6 targets for 33 yards and 2 TD's plus one carry for 6 yards.

Marv Harrison Jr 1 catch for 4 yards on 3 targets with one drop

Malik Nabers 7 targets 5 catches 66 yards

Roman Odunze 1 Catch on 4 targets and a fumble

Xavier Worthy 2 catches 47 yards on 3 targets and 1 TD.. 1 carry 23 yards and 1 TD

Keon Coleman 4 catches on 5 targets for 51 yards

Conky McCorkle (Ladd McConkey) 5 catches on 7 targets for 39 yards and 1 TD

Careless driving up here in the not so great white north results in your car

The battle for the division is on for Thursday.

The initial tie breaker game with basically a 2 win lead to the winner over the loser.

Still a long way to go in the season but to have a division game this soon is huge.

Just for fun lets compare two QB's during this current season to see who really is better. To keep things fair and not inject bias we will not name the players. So lets just call them QB's 7 and 17

Week 1

QB7 - 24-32 for 234 yards and 2 TD's. QBR - 115.9 Road win

QB17 - 18-23 for 232 yards and 2 TD's (also 2 rushing TD's) QBR - 137.7 Home win

So two solid performances but I think round one goes to QB17

QB 2 just tied HOF QB Steve Youngs record of 4 such games in his career with that performance.

He is now 1 rushing TD behind OJ on the Bills all time list and just 10 rushing TD's behind Thurman Thomas for #1 overall

Stroud looks like he might be good/great but JA17 already is.

#2 in TD's Behind Mahomes since 2018 when the both broke into the league.

He should already have an MVP as he was robbed twice.

Diggs lead the league in catches and receiving yards the 4 years he was with JA17.

Look it up add up the totals for the 4 years JA17 made Diggs not the other way around.

Now he doesn't need to force feed a whining prima donna and is going to feast on spreading it around.

I wouldn't want anybody but the human highlight reel at QB for the Bills.

My take on the situation is there is a lot of talking heads who got it wrong with JA17 pre draft and after the draft and they wrongly hold some animosity toward him.

He can't change from a run first QB and you can't teach accuracy and all the other BS they said.

The only one who got it right was Mel Kiper he had the Browns taking him #1
