Looks good! And from what I have seen your hood should be good to close. I haven't heard of anyone else having to replace their hood when the put the S/C in.

In slowing picking away at it about 1/2 hour at a time here and there. I've got my coil packs on, fuel lines on. Most of the blower mounts bolts torqued. Just gotta do the damned screw under the gear on the right side and now working on the. Bypass valve mounting but am unsure as I what bolts I'm supposed to use for mounting it. It says I should have 6 bolts 2 of 3 different sizes. Well I got 6 of one size that are 50mm long, I only see 2 spots for the 50mm so what ever. Ill track some down somewhere. Throttle body is mounted, most f the vacuum lines are on.

I've done some pretty major mods myself on my car, and in the beginning considered doing the supercharger myself but chickened out.
Way to go Caswell, that's awesome!!!

Just curious why not high flow cats versus no cats? U think any sound difference?power difference ?any truth to guys cars smelling bad (rotten eggs) with no cats?ive heard certain cats getting blocked up and causing engine damage but never heard any issues with American racing setup I'm using .was just curious your take and info you got on it

Mhoskin, it won't be long!! If you ever wanna come check it out before its finished I always got beer!

Stratman, it's really not that bad. I'd say easier then the cam swap. Where are you located?

Robd, I followed the "check your cats" thread for a little while and didn't like what I read, it's kooks cats but I didn't want to take a chance with them melting and burning up valves, so I decided just to gut them from the get go. If its too loud ill figure that out after, the smel issue I don't really care. When we were on the cruise last year I was behind that guy in the orange supercharged camsro and could tell he didn't have cats but it wasnt a rotten egg smell or really that bad of a smell. I saw a thread the other day about Ted finding some good ones that will r good for over 700hp but hadn't tested yet. Maybe ill check those out down the road.

Rob, didn't you ask Steve and Namala about this? What did they say about the cats plugging up? Wasn't it due to bad tunes or something?
