MRR Rim Cracked, Bummer!

2016 2SS, lost pressure 2 nights in a row. Took it to Discount, they said tire is fine, but they found a crack on the inside of the rim. Just got off the phone with a local distributor up in LA, they basically blew me off. Not impressed.

Suggestions? Fix or move on to better quality?

I'd get with MRR directly, see if there's anything that can be done to help you out first.

anyway as you can see by our history in this forum we have an amazing product and we got our clients back.
if your info plays out and you are the original buyer we will easily have your wheel replaced for you.

That seems totally fair... Nice to see MRR (Carlos) step up on here and eliminate the headaches of any sticky red tape with said distributor.

I probably should already know owning now 6 MRR's, but what is the normal warranty on the wheels?

we do offer 2 years finish warranty and a life time structure warranty.
but yes a finish warranty is valid for finishes we do in house not at your friends garage ok lol

Wow!! That’s awesome!! Wish other companies out there were so quick to make things right for their customers like MRR just did. They’ve got a customer for life.

anytime/ we make sure our clients get all the help they need especially in tough times/ but also as a quick reminder to everyone/ dont matter if its our wheels or not contact the manufacture and see what happens first youll be surprise well at least I hope lol.
