I'm not saying that installing a 4.75 wheel on our Camaro's is the right thing to do but,

The difference is bolt circle diameter from 4.75 to 120mm is about 2 pieces of paper thickness

Just saying.....it's 2 one hundred's of an inch split between the oposing studs.

Its not the same. It will fit, but its technically incorrect. That's my point.
It is pretty much the same, another reason you should not use inches.
