Lol, I fart in the car, no big whoop. Its not like it will be in their forever, like cigarette smoke or something.
Methane Gas trapped beneath the vapor barrier underneath cloth seats can be trapped then released weeks or months later espcially in hotter climates. My wife claimed she could smell TacoH*ll from 1 month prior when I would sit my fat butt down in a prior car. LOL

When I first got my Camaro I tried really hard to hold it in, but at one point on a road trip had to let it rip after that I truly knew I had officially broken my new car in

I had a buddy who would lock the doors and windows, turn on the heater, and then drop a bomb; choked us all, it was nasty. This dude was one of those body building freaks that ate those protein shakes too, talk about nasty farts

Well after reading this thread I know I'll fit in just fine here

I have yet to do it but I would feel guilty. I did however make it a point to let one go deep into the upholstery of the one I test drove

When the day finally comes (trust me it will come and probably be sooner then later) I would use the patented "Scoop, swoop, and vent method". Basically I would cup my hand in the appropriate area and upon exhaust I would try to throw it in the face of the passenger before hitting the windows and de pressurizing the cabin.
