If you have ported heads and a ported TB, port your intake manifold and you should be quite close. I have to disagree that the UDP doesn't add power, there seems to be a lot of people who tend to disagree. So a ported intake manifold and UDP should get you that 500 mark OP. E85 would also get there, but you'll be getting worse mileage than you already do. As a DD, that is something that may make you reconsider. Since you have the K&N, you could try the Cold Air Inductions with a scoop, those make the most power according to Janetty independent testing. Vararam tune model is probably the equivalent power wise if their claims are true. Too ugly in my opinion, love the CAI intake.
As someone else stated, maybe you should try a different dyno as well. Could be well over your mark and not realize it, people usually hit that 500 with a cam and heads set up, unless you went very mild. Good luck!
