I am so glad I was able to get moved to a house earlier this week, but snow did get on the car from going in and out through the garage.

I am sure members up north are use to this, but the local TV weather said this was the very first Blizzard Warning for the Tulsa area.

I had to get out this evening to drive to downtown Tulsa and cars were stuck everywhere. Visibilty was extremely poor. Luckily I was driving my 4 wheel drive truck.

If it wasn't for it being a white Christmas, I would really hate this.

my girlfriend lives in ada, and i couldn't believe it when she told me there was a lot of snow there. I still have about 7 inches of snow from the snow storm last week in PA here.

I live in Lawton-We got a ton of snow along with 60-70 MPH winds- Power poles are damn near touching the ground, yes the poles are horizontal. Snow drifts, due to the wind are up to 7 feet in areas.

Glad I have a truck for just these occasions.

Glad me and my Dad aren't there! We are in Houston for the break, its around 50-55 degrees out here. I hope most of the snow has cleared out by the time we make it in on Sunday.

i drove my camaro w/ summer tires (big mistake) to chickasha, tryin to get to duncan for work.. all the cars at the mcdonalds and gas station off the tpk were stuck, so needless to say, i got stuck too.. anyways, i freed myself and stuck around to push other families out.. after while i decided it was time to go home and drove back to the city and got stuck in front of my neighborhood..couldnt go up the entrance. family pushed it and finally got it back. it was an adventure.. snow literally filled the camaro up.. it was literally white out conditions.. i saw flipped vehicles, many stranded vehicles..

Yes I barely made it off post yesterday Mike. Yes I went into work but only stayed 2 hours and had to leave when it started sleeting like crazy.

That sucks, I am off until after the 4th of January. How did the Maro fair in the sleet? I haven't had mine out. You get them headers on?

Luckily my dad has a 4 wheel drive with a lift, so he's been my chaffeur (SP?) for the last couple days and will be for awhile
