The red halos are not street legal, but putting them in should not be hard, just switching out a few LED bulbs.

I've seen a black V6 in person and the Dale Jr. car. My biggest complaint is the rear defroster. Why is it orange. It looked horrible in person and one of these pictures show it clearly too. If they don't change it, hopefully tinted windows will help hide it.

^^^^ Someone asked above how the crowd was around the Camaro. I got there right when the show opened and headed straight to it. Didn't feel rushed as I didn't care lol. Waited in line for my turn and proceeded to take most of these pics before I even sat in the car.

Great pics. Here's yet another dumb question about the wheels. The Silver Ice RS looks like it has 20" polished wheels--certainly not the Midnight Silver that comes with the RS package. Is that correct?

I thought with the LT's, the optional wheel was the 19" polished (with the lugs between the spokes, not at the bottom of the spokes), but those look like the optional 20" SS wheels. Any thoughts? (I was looking at the sticky for the Factory Wheels for my info).

Anyone got a picture of the center console as it transitions into the back seats? Been waiting to see. Not that important but I loved the way it was on the concept.

I don't have one per se, but from what I recall it just ends. No swooping transition, more angular like the front dash. Which isn't bad, because in person I found that having any form of the center console extend back there would really eat into what leg room there was.

As for the LT/RS, the wheel could be a snafu on the part of the car being half IVER/Pre-pro. I didn't ask the guy that was giving the presentation on the pair, but from my impression he wouldn't know either. Again he was even unsure if they were legally allowed to say the March date rather than anything earlier or later.

Question for those who got to sit in it...Were you able to close the doors and open it yourself from the inside? I ask to see how the positioning of the door handle is, it looks really far forward and low but in the seated position it seems about right. I don't mind where it is, it just looks real low in the pictures.

Thanks for the great pictures!

I know some have said the interior is still in its pre-prod state. I hope there's still some tweaking to go because the stitching of the back seat is just not acceptable, most notably where the hump in the middle of the bottom seat meets the back rest cushion. Small details like this will get mentioned in every review. I just don't want to be hearing how GM is still doing too much cost cutting on some of their interiors. We all know they can make a good interior like in the Malibu.

The red halo's should not be difficult to put in.

However, they will most likely be illegal in your area. I would not do it unless STRICTLY for off road use only. That means you can run them all day long in private parking lots...and NOT on the road. Just lookin' out for ya brother.

RS comes with 20 inch midnight silver finished wheels -- BUT -- due to Camaro Enthusiast request -- you can order an optional 20 inch polished wheel..........

The Silver LT/RS at NAIAS has the polished 20 inch wheels...
The Red SS/RS has the midnight silver finished wheels..........

Pretty much what I'd have guessed Scott. Thanks for taking the time to comment on it. I've got leather in my 2007 Aura and our 2007 Acadia and have no issues with it. No it's not as supple of leather as was on my Lexus, but it is wearing rather well because of thickness.
