I'd sit tight on any mods until you run it at the track a bunch of times. Biggest improvement will be the driver mod. After that you will probably be searching for traction in the tire department. I run in AZ and cooling has never been an issue. You'll have enough HP that you won't have to rev the snot out of it and it runs cool even when you do.
