It appears that this is a variant of the standard ZL1 for weight savings.

Wow if I know that I would have had to chop up my X before I tossed her in. Is a dark joke ?

Is it possible to re install the lever to fold down the seats? Anyone know what parts are missing. I don’t mind adding the .5 lb to have easier to open rear seats

Same thing! I do lay the back seat down occasionally to haul a couple of extra tires to the track. A real latch release would be great. Might have to start studying the ZL1 parts drawings.

Here's the part: Rear Seat Back Latch Cable - GM (92230516)
2010-2022 Chevrolet Camaro - 92230516

https://www.chevroletpartsdirect.com...cable-92230516

Might still require other parts for install like the 92230515 latch cover, or just fasteners. You can find out for about $50

Found a diagram:
