Have you noticed any leaking ? How long you been using this one?
Same exact cap style, same exact rubber seal! No issues or leaking!

On the Caprice that could be, they use a standard 2 piston like with a V6 Camaro. The SS on the other hand, with the 14 it has the same 4 piston Brembo's up front and 2 piston in the rear. Now the 15-17 SS uses the same brakes on all four corners as the Camaro SS ... You got me as to why.

Has anyone ordered this recently? I was told the part no was no longer active. New part no is supposed to be 92457850.

The part itself isn't available in canada, I would have to buy the whole master cylinder assembly to get it through a dealer here. I just want to make sure I have the correct part no before I order it online in the states.

Has anyone ordered this recently? I just ordered this at the very end of October so is that recent enough? Not sure why the part doesn't match for you. Check with your parts guy and ask is all I can tell you. If he can't help, order it from here in the States here and have it shipped to you if you can't find it there. Check above a couple posts. There are two guys whose dealer used different parts #! Damn Canucks! LMAO. Kidding with you man!

Related question, has anyone seen a write-up on draining dot 3 and filling with dot 4? Is there any special required procedure or is it simply drain and fill?

Full flush is required. Usually 2+ pints.

I did mine but I have a tech II so I could cycle the ABS. I also used a Motive pressure bleeder with the dry method. Here is that link...

Yes flush with 2 pints. I had dealer do to with tech 2 but I will just flush it with the motive power bleeder next time myself.

Ok so sounds like both numbers work then ? 92457850 AND 92262796?

I can get both numbers to work on American websites. But Canadian website and dealers only have 92457850 available and dealer told me they can't just get the cap so I'll get of Canadian gm parts site then.

Any idea where I could order one of these from that will ship to Canada ? Nowhere in Canada can get either of these parts I've been told.
