they come in black already yes?
side question, how would the stock ones look painted vs the zl1's?

Yes they come black if u don't paint them they will look like if u added the GMbody kit. Honestly at least to me there is not much difference on either one of 1LE side skirts to ZL1

i actually like the way they look on your car. all black. otherwise it could be just as cheap and easy to just get the stock ones painted.

Yes I had to slot the bumper to fit the diffuser.

The reason I went with Zl1 diffuser is I test drove a SS at the dealer and at the rear it put rubber and tar all on the rear bumper from doing a burnout. The ZL1 diffuser will help this because of the small lip and covers the bottom of the bumper.

I thought about this, and elected to use clear paint film on the entire bottom portion of the rear, right behind the tire, as well as the entire rocker panels, and a few inches off the bottom of the doors, and of course, the no brainer, the side gills.
