We make a jack pad for the 6th gen Camaro. We also make them for the 5th gen also. We make the tow hook also and in the process of making rock guards. see them at www.zl1addons.com. You get a $10 discount if you put FORUM in the coupon box.

jacking this car was a PITA without those jack pads.. My jack never fit properly.. Lessons learned.

What are the jack points when using a 4 post lift? Does the dealer use the same pinch weld locations with those built-in like pucks on the lift arms to prevent damage?

We used the 4 pinch weld points. Made our own adapters out of some superstrut we had kicking around, added a block to the bottom of each since one of our lifts has slightly different pads, just for added piece of mind. And some old air hose, sliced and slipped over the tops, can't be too careful.

It's been a while since the discussion about available lift points to not damage the car. Any new input based on experience as to lifting other than using pinch welds? For example, with a 4 point lift?
