So the tunnel brace is falling off and they shorted 2 qts. of oil on the new engine install.
I would have absolutely no confidence in this dealer at all.
What else did they screw up that you either haven't seen yet or hasn't fallen out yet.
I would be screaming and yelling in the owner's office (not the service manager) and calling GM customer service right away.
You know you're going to have future issues with this car with the dealer's sloppy work and attitude.

How to hug your camaro
Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

Yeah this is a dealer issue not a GM issue. The dealer didn't do the checks and balances and I would find another dealer xpanda period.

No idea....but if you want to find out.....just call up the parts shop at one the local dealers and ask em for the bolt specs, they will even give you the torq specs. I do that all the time and then go the parts on my own.

Is possible that your overfilling your oil? I ask because that would explain why it was deliver "low" and also explain why the engine popped. Overfilled would cause the crank to whip the oil into a foam and do very bad things in the engine

Xpanda that's a M10X1.5 bolt 30mm long. Zinc plated at Home Depot they're 98cents apiece. Pick up some washers while you're there.

A little blue loctite never hurts and my best guess is 50ft/lbs of torque.
