I want to go but I fear what might happen if there is an accident. I know I won't push my car beyond its limits but I fear someone else going too far and wrecking into me. If that happens will any insurance company cover the cars? This is not technically racing its just closed course driving but not sure the insurance companies will see it that way.

Any comments about insurance coverage of this type of event?

We're not having wheel to wheel racing. The track events like slalom and skid pad will be one car at a time. Its an organized Funfest. The focus is having FUN! And you WILL have a blast! If you feel more at ease entering the carshow, that's great too! We've got awards like "Best Bling", or "Dirtiest Car", "Most Creative Modification", etcc....

PrimaDonna - The NASCAR track is down the road a few miles from this roadcourse. It is very close. You might get the "farthest distance award" if you can make it.

I WISH....too far this time............:(
I would love to just be able to SAY that I raced my "ROCKETSHIP" at Talladega...even the roadcourse.....

Just the word "Talladega" makes my heart "race"...

Chris can you explain a little more. I have never done a track event but have done SCCA. The salom it it like SCCA with a few cars on the track at a time spaced out, or will there be a bunch of cars on the track and rules like no passing. Sorry for some dumb questions, but I need more info to get my wife to take her 1SS out on the track. Will you be able to go fast and utilize the track? Thanks and I appreciate the opportunity.
