ALSO......I would like to solicit opinion on the merits of painiting yellow racing stripes on the hood, roof and trunk.

What do you guys say?

Iggy: what about the yellow wheels.....going to need to paint?

Man it is GREAT to see things coming together?

Ya , I fear the wheels are brighter yellow... i think you could get away with it if the calipers weren't painted....

Leave the side stripes as is and no stripes on the trunk, roof, or hood. If you do decide to do stripes, keep it Camaro and just do the trunk and hood.

Personally, there's already a lot of contrast between the dark and yellow... I think adding stripes would be too much. It's tough to say with an unfinished product but as of right now that's how I stand.

Thanks for everyone's input... we're gonna run no top stripes for now. And leaving the sides as is.

ya, we're gonna re-tune on the dyno after we get it all built.

It's Derek from Mild 2 Wild Customs the other side of the build in conjunction with Iggy and Bradaric Designs. Getting ready to do the audio system install. Should be pretty cool. All Alpine Electronics, might as well use the best. This build has been very fun so far, looks forward to completeing this bad boy.

Thanks Dan. We DID end up repainting your parts......decisions get made....and then they change. LOL

Of course painting your parts to the new colour was cheap...repainting the wheels....VERY expensive 'change of mind' decision. *sigh*
