Your getting good trade in money, because the dealers and used car guys finally know what a 1LE is and they are trying to get them quick. People keep asking me why they can't find one to buy. Dealers tell them they can make one with a kit.

Tick stage 3 cam (and all required components), fluidampr underdrive pulley, stainless power 1 7/8" headers, CAI intake, spiral ported throttle body, npp exhaust (ordered it that way) and dyno tune. Feels smooth as butter and pulls hard up to redline. Plus keeping it all motor I retained the great handling of the 1LE. I was the guy that Matt Farah did the 1LE one take on youtube. Car was not cammed then.

I haven't even done my first mod yet and I'm already trying to plan out my mod path. I can't decide on whether I want to go cam or turbo setup. I love boost!

I joined the ZL1 club too using the proceeds from my 1LE. There are some good deals out there, mine is a 2015, 3K miles, M6, Nav, and Recaros. I did not know all the details that go into the ZL1 besides Mag ride. My favorite is no lift shifting. Loving it so far. For those of you that think, add a supercharger to a 1LE and you get a ZL1 I disagree. After doing that and owning both, I strongly disagree.

$35,000 for trade in. I just paid 29,000 for a 2013 1LE with 8,000 miles. Did I get that good of a deal?

oh yea that is an amazing deal. I got my 1LE and it was at $35K so yes you got a slightly used car that is over 2 years old and with only 8,000 miles for that price. You got a really rare car that was used with a great price.

$35K for a trade is an excellent deal but in the end, it is left pocket right pocket for the dealer. Give the customer more on the trade and then get little to no discount on the new car... If the trade was on a Chevy Cruise, they trade in would have been a lot less. Either way, nice ZL1!!! I am selling my 1LE and will be taking a break until spring. 2 kids in college and now one of them needs a car. While I will miss my 1LE, it was about to be put away for the winter. In the spring, I'll look at a C7 Vette or the new Camaro.

I considered picking up a ZL1 awhile ago, but I prefer NA and didn't like the idea of getting an even heavier car. $35k is pretty damn good trade value!
Btw that ZL1 with the Corvette racing jake skull doesn't look right. |
