Hey everybody. I would like to extend the invitation to show up @ Mr. B's Pub in Royal Oak on Friday April 1st 2011 @ 7:00 pm. It is located on Main St. just South of 11 Mile on the East side of the street . No this is NOT an April Fool's joke!!

I hope you guys can make this 1st meet and greet. If not, we'll have some additional information posted I'm sure following the meeting. We will likely decide on the "logo" and discuss membership, sponsorship, meeting and cruisin' spots and of course costs. Again, I would like to thank each and everybody interested in joining our Camaro club. I think we have the potential to be one of the best new car clubs in our area.

I am really looking forward to meeting all of you.

Oh and real quick, if you could PM me to let me know if you can make it, that way I can let the restaurant know ahead of time to reserve us a spot.

Great job. I can tell you already I cannot make it thou. My wife has booked that weekend as a girls weekend out. I know because I was just checking on going to Lapeer Dragway on the Saturday the 2nd. I will follow the details on the thread as you post them for now.

i went to the drag one time last year and i forgot what day i went. are they only open on the weekends ?

I'm hoping that @ least 10-15 people can make it. That's what I set the reservation for. If we can get more, that would be great. From the responses in my original post about forming the club, we should have no problem achieving that.

i can probably make it that friday. may be tough getting there from work by 7 but i will do what i can... Parking there is annoying. i hate the metered parking lot behind Mr B's i might have to drive my trailblazer to the camaro Meet/Greet to avoid door dings.

Everyone seems to be worried about bringing their cars to this Meet and Greet.
This meeting is really only meant to get things "kicked off" to start the club. In no way shape or form are you required to bring your ride. We will set up another date for that for our 1st "official" get together once we establish the club.
