1LE Track Pack
This might be a stupid question. But do the 1LEs have the track pack already. Or is it an upgrade to the 1le. Thanks

The 1LE is the track package or what GM calls the performance package.

Track Pack is a Mustang thing...
The 1LE is the performance package for the Camaro SS. So the 1LE is a track version of the SS if you want to think of it like that.

Wasn't sure if it enhanced the 1LE.

If it enhanced the 1LE? like Cleancoupe said, track pack is a Mustang thing. There's nothing close to that name in Chevy talk. But if you want to compare, the 1LE is more like a competitor to a Boss 302.
Only thing above a 1LE in the Camaro family is pretty much a ZL1..but that's a different beast (be it not all that much). |

Just looking at getting the car around the track a little faster without adding a supercharger. Thinking of lowering springs and headers with high flow cats and polyurethane bushings might help and also a tune and a mild cam

Contact the guys at BMR and see what they would suggest to go along with their 1" lowering springs or their new 1.25" springs, to give your 1LE an extra edge.

Did you just buy your 1LE? Anyhow, If you intend to track it, as I do now, I suggest a new cam, and/or headers, better brake pads. Good luck.

The 1LE option is a great package .If it had bigger/better brakes and 50 to 75 more RWHP it would be near perfect . But then it would be too close to the ZL1 and Z28 for GM to make the big bucks on the ZL1 and Z28. Still the 1LE is a big bang for the buck .
