Tonneau Cover problem.
My Tonneau cover for my convertible cracked a little bit on the side and I figured it would be fine as long as I put it on properly. Well I put it on and hopped on the freeway with it at 55 and it almost flew off if I didn't hop in the slow lane going 45. So I pulled off the first exit right awayand packed it up. Am I not supposed to ride on the freeway with it? Or is the little crack messing with the functionality of it? Is it repairable? This tonneau cover is ridiculously expensive ($450 - $750) and the quality is pretty bad for it to crack so easily. It's just plastic.

I bought mine second hand as it wasn’t in the car when I bought it from the dealer as a lease return. If it won’t stay attached I wouldn’t use it. It’s not required as I routinely do 100+ with the top down without the cover on with no issues.
