Exclamation 2010 V6 clacking engine noise ?

I have had this clacking low noise since I’ve had my car. It sounds like metal hitting metal when I get to about 2k rpm and it’s gone at 3k and above. It’s driving me crazy. Sounds like it’s coming from the drivers side somewhere in the engine. Maybe even heat shields ? Anyone have this problem? https://youtu.be/rdQoVMZLyso

Hard to tell exactly from the video, but It sounds like rod knock to me.

Pull your dipstick with the engine not running and show us the level on the dipstick. There is no low oil level warning light on these so if your not checking engine oil every few weeks I could be your out of oil, and as mentioned above, have taken out a rod bearing. If that's the case, and I hope not, but the engine would be toast.
