Not really a "vote" more of a volunteer by having extra time to try and organize meetings ... Basically making phone calls and doing legwork.

Did someone just come up with a few names or was there a discussion?

There was no vote or discussion I was asked by guiLT to be part of it because of my involvement with the club so far. I am completely open to a discussion/vote for who is going to be on the "board". We do need a group to lead to keep things organized to some degree.

Hey jhmurphy thanks for the clearification. I had a feeling that is how it happened. I totally agree that there needs to be some sort of organization to make thing run smoothly however it still seems that someone is making decisions on there own and sometimes just so that it benifits a few. I was all in for starting a club until votes and discussion were being changed or ignored. Its all good here and maybe things will change for the better in the near future.

Yeah. It's nothing special. It's not like they get anything special. Just extra work. That's all. We discuss unofficial meets before they're official. The board will expand as the club grows.

That is very true. And I do not want the club to break up. So if any of you have ANY suggestions or ideas. Please PM me and I will discuss with them and then set up poll here for all the members to pitch in. This new policy is now in effect.

And it's not that I ignore ideas Ron, it's just that when it's in a thread I can't completely focus on it without reading another one. It's not that I ignore it. So if you have something you need to tell me please PM me so I can address it ASAP.

Guilt your last post is part of what I was referring to. You read a post...made a decision and then made it a "policy". I'm not trying to stir things up..I'm just voicing a few thoughts after reading some of the threads.

Thanks I am working on a new version with more of a car theme same flow. Looking for any input to add content. I have already gotten some feedback and trying to get some time to make those changes.

I wasn't actually making it a policy. I'm just making it where we have to do that.
