Something isnt right with that article or the car. The car makes 750+ horsepower and weighs less but cant match a heavier, 580hp car? Sounds like they jacked something up.

I agree. The article trashes the SS.

haha, I guess getting bit by this snake only hurts you in the wallet. Too bad, ruining the Shelby name by letting a car like this hit the streets.

Definitely a lemon... 850hp does not equal 116 trap in the 1/4. Something wrong with that car.. Or they "jacked"'something up..

something had to be wrong with that car. then again I hate the super snakes myself. 80K+ cars that don't really perform much better than an SVT cars all the way around.

I mean 2015's with centri's are laying down ~10.5 sec passes with 134-136mph trap speeds on drag radials so it not like a mustang can't be made fast easy that car just had issues. with that power it should have trapped mid 120's without blinking so you can tell something was pulling power.

About all I can say is it is a good looking car but I would not buy one. I like the ZL1 best.

If it was just that car I would think they would have fixed or swapped it. The fact it wasn't fixed/swapped leads me to believe they will all be like that. I mean if you are providing a car for a test wouldn't you make sure it works.
