Anyone have a front passenger SS caliper laying around? The caliper bleeder threads are shot. Anyone ever repaired one? Don't feel very safe doing so....

I would think you can have a machine shop drill it out, re-tap and install a hemicoil.

Several have tried to repair it. None have that I have found. Just buy a new one. They are not that much online and you don't have to worry about your brakes not being there when you need them

Myou can drill it oversize and eithe use a bushing reducer or a larger bleeder. Wilwood makes all kinds of parts to repair crashed calipers, I'm sure brembo does as well

Did the same thing on my rear caliper three years back. Installed a helicoil in it from Napa and the problem was solved.
