Shop made 3 pulls:

1st pull with restrictor in and trip set at 6500 RPM. Made 912 HP at 17.5 psi

2nd pull with restrictor in and trip set at 7000 RPM. Made 926 HP at 19 psi

3rd pull with restrictor out and trip set at 6850 RPM. Made 1047/832 at 22.5 psi

There is some break-in on the trans. Cant pick it up today but hopefully I will get it tomorrow.

We are leaving the restrictor in but it is tuned for both ways. When I get back to the track to finally test this set up out, I will probably pull it after I get a couple of runs with it in place. It did pick up an additional ~ 120 hp with the restrictor out.

How many miles did they tell you for break-in? I'm going to check progress on my car in a couple hours. You might want to put a towel on the seat the first time you stomp on it

I guess we can add this success as another answer to the question that comes up so frequently. “How much power can the stock shortblock take?” Seems it can take over 1000 .

I already knew it would do over 1000 because when they first put it on the dyno it made 1010 RWH, but that was on my old heads. These new Brodix heads are bad boyz.

Bruh, the crazy thing is I am running the smallest bottom pulley available for the cog drive. I think mine is about 4" and they make them up to small pizza size, lol.
