He should be put on probation and have to do rehab just like all the rest of the people associated with NASCAR. And just because he can afford it a heafty fine to a charity. I hate it when people are to faced liked that and don't follow rules they set and preach to others.

Since in the past he banned drivers from even attending or being involved with NASCAR until they were deemed fit to participate again, I think he should be banned from any involvement with NASCAR (including getting a pay check) until he has completed an extensive rehab at least 6 months.

I agree with you. However, I doubt Brian needs a paycheck....

He hardly ever goes to Races and even rarer does he interact with Drivers.

He was Arrested in the Hamptons while the Race that day was in Watkins Glen 350 Miles away.

I said ANY INVOLVEMENT WITH NASCAR. going into the office being allowed in any of their buildings or facilities.

Yeah he doesn't need the pay check but its the thought that counts.

I stopped watching NASCAR years ago. Apparently so did a lot of people.

I understand completely, but while he is the figurehead, he really hasn't been involved, so throw him into a Treatment facility and never let him back into the family business.

At least Jim France knows a thing or 2 about racing
