In a hurricane, your worst enemy is debris and flooding (car cover or towels won't help). I've always had a garage so debris was never an issue for me. My neighbor has a full garage so he puts one of his cars between his house and his neighbors house to protect it. He also puts it on ramps to the water flows well underneath.

I know that feel...

I'm in the same boat here in Mississippi. Just got my Camaro less than 2 months ago and now I just know this storm is going to send a tree limb right into it. When Katrina came through I got a pine limb right through the passenger side of my Eclipse, so I can't wait to see what happens this time...

go into an automatic car wash and ride it out. lol I also like the mustang idea as well.

Perfect! The SUV did a great job of shielding the Camaro. Lots of branches, twigs, fallen trees, etc., but Camaro was unscathed
