Yea,, it is installed in only the most unstable road cars.BOSS 302 LS .......attempting feats beyond production strength tolerances. It's a band aid to make up for what? Dunno..... but I certainly wouldn't want to put that there where my grandkids get to ride

LOL ummm yeah, you dont know what a rollcage is. thanks. for your future trolling reference The boss doesnt have a roll cage FYI.also, I would certainly expect a car that costs almost $10,000.00 more ($8,000.00) to be a bit better, i hope you werent surprised by all this. I was surprised the boss kept up as much as it did. especially on the strip and being down 140hp and 1.2 liters AND smaller tires AND no supercharger. Both great cars, both worth the money

The ZL1 humiliates the 302's spec sheet by cranking out 580 horsepower and a staggering 556 lb-ft of torque from all 6.2 liters of supercharged V-8. The Camaro has to move 7.0 lb/hp while the Mustang is dealing with 8.2. All these things should add up to the Camaro showing the Mustang its taillights with ease and great frequency. In quarter-mile testing, the Camaro ran through in 12.1 seconds at 117 mph, rather impressive, but the Mustang was only three-tenths of a second and 3 mph behind. Sure, the Camaro has 400 pounds on the Mustang, but we still expected more of a gap.

This....Just imagine. Add 150-200lbs and OVER 200hp to the mustang and imagine what it will do to the ZL1...Its gonna be ugly IMO

For the money, the ZL1 can't beat the 2012 GT500 either, because real world prices you're gonna pay (with no ADM, if you get stuck with an ADM it gets way worse) 7000 bucks more for the ZL1 than an SVTPP GT500, and 10 or 11 thousand bucks more than a base GT500.

I drive a Mopar. Yes. Mopar guy? No. Ive owned GM, and ford. Im a car guy. Obviously your not. Just the typical fan boy.

BTW the 392 is doing just fine just like the mustang did just fine against it. Both the 392 and 5.0 arent far off with A LOT less HP. Yes the ZL1 will destroy the 392 @ LS. But down the 1/4 its nothing brag about. 392's have hit 12.1@115 bone stock. This is with 110hp less and more weight.

Calm down buddy this ZL1 is nothing to get all about.

None beat the boss for the money either, its almost 10,000.00 dollars less. Isnt the msrp of the gt500 48k? If so I dont think anything beats it for the money either.i might be wrong on that last account.

Id have to agree. Ford is on top of their shit. Not knockin GM they designed an AMAZING all around car.

8000 dollars is not a little bit of money.
