Sill Protection

Being new to the world of Camaro's almost every time I get out of mine my left foot will rub and almost skuff the high sill before getting my foot out. Is there anything made to prevent this. I had sill protectors on my 08 Vette that prevented this but can't find anything for the Camaro.

Here's a bunch of protectors. I don't know how well they work or if I would use them myself without someone saying they're worth the $$$.

I'm sorry guess I didn't make myself clear enough. This is the type protection I'm talking about.

I have been looking for something like that and can't find it anywhere. If you find one let me know.
Thanks

I've been looking for protection for this area as well, the carrier driver actually scuffed mine as he was unloading my car when it was new,I had to order a new trim plate.
For right now I have a piece of clear wide packing tape over it to protect it,just in case I rub it with my shoes!

IMO, it's part of owning a car I don't really know of any place that you could get a protector for the sill panel.

I scuff mine almost daily, but whenever I wash my car [once or twice a week], I just use a wet rag on it and it cleans all the scuffs off.

You can't clean scuffs (IE-scratches) off of the plastic sill plates, once they are scuffed/scratched they are permanently marked up.

Pick your feet up, and tell your lazy friends to pick their feet up and don't scuff nothing when they get in. That's what I do. I don't even let my guy in the car unless he's wearing something besides his logging boots.

My friend who owns a sign company is making me one out of diamond plating. I emailed him the file I drew of the size I want it cut to and he mills it out for me with his machine. I am going to get it powder coated black and add my own graphics to it also.

If a decent sill cover is important to you and you don't want a metal sticker like most are, then look into this in your area. I also found some quarter inch thick rubber that looks like diamond plating, I am going to cut and put it on the plastic by the door where my foot keeps scraping when I get out of my Camaro.
