Stunning install!

If I can ask, Or if you want to pm me, how much did this cost? Would love to do something like this in mine with white or red LED instead of the blue.

He is one of the Top 100 installers in the US and was on overhauling. I happen to know him so got a better deal the average person. But, building a false floor, all the dyno matting, installing my Hertz tweets, Hertz doors, Hertz rear speakers was a lot of work. He normally charges about 100 dollars an hour. With equipment about 8k. Hertz and Audison are not a cheap solution though.

And, for those that have not seen it 100% full European leather and Alcantara covering up the system.

I have a vid of my install playing...unfortunately it sounds horrid the bass distorts the sound so bad. Yeah it doe sound crazy. I mean to be honest i cant sit in the car with it at full tilt. The sound literally made my contact lens fly off one day. My rear view mirror has broken off the windshield. i keep having to glue it on. My greatest issue is the cieling vibrating so bad, espeically in the front window area. i will try to post pics soon.

my install uses 100% ostrich black leather around the entire front and rear. My car will be in competition soon so i cant show full pics..here are 2 to give impressions. Price for leather alone was in the upper hundreds, lab created custom box was 1 k, amps are about 2.5 k , subs are 1400, mids are about 800, custom deck, dyno mat install, labor hrs, wiring, dry cell batts, custom built alternator and we are talking serious chaching ...i would say realistically this ran me about 12k with custom head unit, alpine kit, cameras, custom carbon fiber enclousres and leds up the wazoo. But when I pass thru the street, jeeps move out my way

I'm running two 12" dc audio lv4s in in my vert running off of a Rockford 2500 amp. It puts out 3200 watts. I made 2 boxes that fit just under the top when it's down. Plus I made a sealed chamber for a kicker comp vx 10" in the stock sub location and it runs off a 1000 watt amp. A also added a dc power 275 amp alt and two xs power batteries. The mids and highs play off a 150 watt 4ch amp. I can feel the bass even with the top down. So total of 4800 watts. Got about $4600 in it.

Oh and i wanted to add, as I am sure the old timers on audio would agree....watts is just one factor in a system. Tuning that system, the materials used, port config, volumes, I mean so many things make a difference. i seen guys with 800 watts destroy system with 4x more power. Its all about the products coming together in unison. Just like building a good motor.

If it came down to watts I would lose to some of you all.. If it came down to sound quality.. Todd @TCAudio would be my only competitor. :-) And his install makes mine look like rookie business..

No, not this guy here. It was a customers car. We build really loud systems and all the dope boyz run 10's and 12's in their doors. Not my stlye at all. I'm running 6.5" component in the door panel, another 6.5" component in the custom kick pods, 2 more sets of 6.5" components in the back deck and a 3.5" component in the a-pillar. Keeping it small and clean.
