So the STS kit is a rear mount turbo....... This is more mid. How does that setup from STS compare to this one? Does anyone know?

I only went to different rotors and pads. Still the stock v6 calipers

I am in an emission state (GA) seeing as how the snails take the place of the cats, where are the cats moved to? I did cut out the exhaust and added a resonated xpipe at the heat shield and then a muffler delete. suggestions?

the kit is not designed to accommodate cats. you can probably retrofit cats in the system, but you'll have to do it on your own.

Would adding cats back in hurt performance? I'm guessing yes? And where would you even put them?

not sure, but it will probably hurt performance. by how much, it depends on what type of cats you go with. as far as location goes, not sure either, somewhere after the turbos since the air will be hotter, it can be mounted more towards the rear of the car.
