Yes I know now, my tires are too far apart. I put on nitto nt555 g2’s, fronts(255/35/20) and rears(295/40/20). Threw the code and turned on all the lights just a few hundred feet from the tire place. Any easy fixes? Recommend front size so that it doesn’t throw the code? I’m not very experienced or knowledgeable with tire sizes so i really need some assistance. Thanks in advance.

The difference in overall height between the front and rear tire is my guess. Thats an 8.5% difference and I believe the max difference it can be is like 4-5%. You essentially have a 27" tire on the front and over a 29" rear tire. Either go taller on the front or shorter on the rear. A 275/40 on the front would probably fix your issues.

Okay, I have copied this comparison. Will getting the 275/40 on the front get rid of my issue?

I think you should be good. 2% should be within the threshold. If I remember correctly, those are the exact tire sizes I have on my car with the Nitto NT555 as well.

For Nitto G2s: 255/35/20 = 27.01" diameter. 295/40/20 = 29.29" diameter. Don't know if your lowered, suspension has sagged, different rims or ???? So I'd replace front and rear with something close to the factory diameter, ~28.7" front and rear. You could roll the dice and install 255/45/20, 29.06" G2s on the front. They shouldn't rub. Did the tire shop recommend your current sizes? Larger tire will mean your going faster than your displayed speed.

Play with the tire size calculator. Like I said, you want them close in size but you dont want taller sidewalls on the front than the rear, that would look terrible. Im pretty sure im running 275/40/20 and 295/40/20 on my lowered SS

To fix the issue with the tires being too far apart, you can try reducing the tire diameter by selecting a tire with a lower aspect ratio, which is the relationship between the tire's sidewall height and its width. Alternatively, you can try reducing the overall tire diameter by choosing a tire with a smaller overall diameter. For a front tire size, a 255/40/20 might be a good option, as it has a similar width but a lower aspect ratio.

I would make sure the code is even relevant to the tires,it's possible it's something else.

If you want to keep the tires, someone with HPTuners can adjust your tune to accept the tires you want and your ABS and speedo will be happy again

Its definitely the tires. Look at the sizes he posted. Way too far apart in size front to back
