Question Whipple Supercharger + Blower Cam fuel system

So recently I have acquired a Whipple 2.9L supercharger. I have a BTR Stage 4 Supercharger cam kit installed to the car already. I've come to understand that the Whipple provided injectors and fuel pump booster won't be enough to keep up with the Cam and Blower working together. I also have Long Tube headers + header back exhaust + high-flow cats. Currently making 470RWHP without the blower, I expect to be nearing 700RWHP with the blower, I'd like a few suggestions on fuel systems, haven't done much of my own research yet and not sure what figures I'm going to need. I plan on breaking 1000 Crank horses in the future as well. Any suggestions?

I recommend you do the fuel system once if you can, buy the fuel system that's going to get you your 1000hp and install it now with the whipple, even if it's not fully utilized. A ZL1 pump/BAP will get you to around 700hp and are fine to do with your whipple, but not much past that. I'm using the ZL1/BAP with Fast injectors and I'm at 600rwhp.

The popular brands I read on here are usually Fore and DSX for the fuel pumps. ID or Fast for injectors.

Fore triple pump and at least 1300 injectors if you looking for 4 digit power numbers.

I ran the ZL1 pump and booster to ~750hp but was right on the edge. Upgraded to the Fore Triple from AGP and E85. No issues and continuing to add boost.

Another option.. DSX aux pump and whatever injectors. FIC/ID etc. if you have a tuner already, see what injectors he would recommend and what he uses. Last thing you want is a tuner that can’t tune what you bought, leading you to source out multiple tuners..... Ask me how I know. Lol.

If you plan to stay with 93 fuel with maybe some meth injection at WOT, then a dual pump set up with 1000cc injectors will handle it. I was running a single pump with an in-line booster pump that came on at WOT, meth injection, and Maggie at max output, with right at 700 hp to the wheels and doing fine. But when I switched to E85 on the maggie then I had to go with the Fore dual pump set up. Then when I put the F-1X on I had to really step up the fuel system as noted in my sig.

Bottom line is if you think you have the HP bug then you probably do and it is much cheaper in the long run to go big in the beginning and leave yourself room to grow. Fuel is one of the essentials and the guys before me are telling you right, so go big my friend and you will thank yourself a couple of years from now when the 700 rwhp is beginning to feel slow (and it will).

I have the DSX Aux fuel system with stock pump and am at 700 whp with FIC injectors and I'm fine for fuel delivery right now. Ready to install a ZL1 pump for piece of mind. FYI, I wired in a LED activation light that is on my dash that is wired into the Aux pump so I know when the pump kicks on, (comes on at 1lb of boost) and like others have said, go big so when your 700 whp feels slow (and it will after a while) you have fuel covered when you build for 900 whp

I am literally installing a flex fuel triple pump setup right now. I'm expecting about 800 at the wheels when I'm done but I probably have enough fuel pump to double that if I decide to in the future. Don't just plan for this build, plan for the next one or two as well.

You're saying that the DSX low side kit with ZL1 pump feeding a ZL1 high side should be enough for 900rwhp? I was worried that it might run out of capacity before that, but would be very happy to hear that it's ready for more.

See signature. If you want more go with dual or triple pump and 1300 injectors right out of the gate and do it once. DSX aux pump can get you there too, but I don't like the idea of drilling into my fuel tank. If you plan to go E85 my setup not recommended. I've read in a few posts the DSX system starts having trouble around 850whp.

These are all LS motors, NOT direct-injected (DI) LT motors. So, unfortunately, to my knowledge, there isn't a DI-only system capable of 900whp. At that level, you'd have to spray a lot of methanol, or add a supplemental port fuel injection system as well.

Case in point, the Corvette ZR1 that utilizes the LT5 motor. It utilizes both DI and port fuel injection and it makes 755hp (crankshaft, I believe).

I believe the dsx aux kit is advertised as supporting 1000whp for our cars without e85, but from what i've read from people's experience it doesn't seem to.

My mistake. I drifted in from Camaro6 and didn't even notice.
The DSX will suit my needs.
