I'm looking to do the bowties on my inferno orange 1LT. Since the grille is black, I was thinking chrome on the outer edge, an orange pinstripe inside that and then black in the center. For the outside since it's on the body colored panel, I was thinking chrome on the outside edge, a black pinstripe inside that and orange in the center. Has anyone tried a combination like this for either an inferno orange or any other color for that matter? Is it uncommon to have two different paint jobs on the front and rear bowtie? Thanks for the info/opinions!

lol I skipped this thread several times before checking it out. All the parts look great.

I was thinking about all the masking too..... 90% prep, 10% paint.
