You can save some money by skipping the Holley valve covers and fuel rails. The stock valve covers have superior baffling and the stock fuel rails support 1K hp... unless you doing just for looks. I sanded down an painted my sock valve covers and they look good.

I bought her in September 2021
Current mods :Kooks Headers, Intake, Hurst short shifter, straight pipe exhaust
GM ZL1 top grille with emblem cut out (took forever) LED side markers and blacked out tail light bezel.

Moving forward, I added BC Racing Coil Overs, Hitchkis Adjustable sway bars and endlinks, Hawk yellow pads and StopTech SS lines. SLP front Lip and Anvil CF spoiler.

thanks for looking. comments are welcome
Looking forward to seeing a nice set of 22" wheels on her ?????

TBH. I just like the looks. I know there is no gain but these cars can be pretty cookie cutter. I want to be different when I pop the hood.

Got the car tuned at Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh NC. Staff was great.
Car Made a Respectful 454whp @ 6100rpm and 429tq. on a conservative tune for a street car. The car feels like animal.

How did you like Mayhem? I had an appt last Fri there, but as I was getting it ready for the trailer I found a leaking valve cover and had to call and cancel. Now I have to get back in line

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys and the shop. I personally thought the tune was alittle conservative tune considering i made 454whp @6100 rpm. but its exactly I wanted as far as street car and it should be very reliable.

That's a healthy number. Did you ever get the heads ported. If not, that might be your gap. Enjoy the car, I'm sure we'll here you all the way up here

No I didn’t. And I definitely enjoy the car. Btw my car is pretty quiet with the magnaflow muffler. I’m pleased with it.
