What is better? Having them welded on just using the clamps?

Clamps work just fine, but highly recommend welding since this reduces any chance of it shifting or leaking.

I am planning on getting the V1's pretty soon. Where could I go to have them welded on? Approximate cost of getting them welded? I am in the Air Force, so I don't have a lot of time usually. Just tryna get an idea, so when I get them.. I will have a plan. Thanks!

You can have these welded up at any local exhaust shop like Midas. Estimates vary, but typically $80 to install.
